This class is an all-levels, alignment-based experience designed to bring you into deeper relationship with your body through a combination of breathwork, traditional yoga poses, yoga therapeutics and meditation. These are moderately-active, embodiment-driven classes for anyone wanting to develop their practice of yoga through diversified movement alongside inner stillness work, whether you are advanced or brand new.

Cost is $17 per class.
