Join this supportive 4-week prenatal yoga series designed to nurture your body and mind throughout pregnancy. Each week focuses on empowering you with foundational yoga practices, breathwork, and relaxation techniques tailored specifically for your changing body and growing baby. You’ll build safe strength, cultivate deep rest, and develop tools to ease discomfort and support emotional well-being. As you move through the series, you’ll also prepare your body for labor and birth with targeted poses for pelvic mobility and pain relief, while learning essential postpartum recovery practices to care for yourself after birth. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a thoughtful, pregnancy-focused practice, this series offers a gentle, grounding space to connect with your baby and honor your unique pregnancy journey. Week 1: Foundations -Introduction to prenatal yoga -Guided relaxation techniques -Practicing the balance between effort & ease -Breath awareness and breathing exercises for pregnancy -Safe movement & exercise during pregnancy Week 2: Strength in Body & Mind -Building strength foundations during pregnancy -Visualization practices for pregnancy -3-dimensional breath for core & pelvic floor integration -Yoga to strengthen legs, core, and pelvic floor Week 3: Rest & Relaxation -Nervous system regulation -Breathwork for physical relaxation -Meditation to connect with baby -Addressing pain, insomnia, anxiety, and depression through meditation Week 4: Preparing for Labor, Birth & Postpartum -Breathing exercises for labor and birth -Yoga for pelvic mobility, pain relief, and labor progression -Practice sitting with intense sensations in yoga poses -Toning and relaxing pelvic floor muscles -Introduction to the “fourth trimester” and postpartum recovery -Breathing and gentle stretches for postpartum relaxation and rebuilding core strength -Importance of postpartum movement and safe return to exercise
