Join this supportive 6-week prenatal yoga series designed to nurture your body and mind throughout pregnancy. Each week focuses on empowering you with foundational yoga practices, breathwork, and relaxation techniques tailored specifically for your changing body and growing baby. You’ll build safe strength, cultivate deep rest, and develop tools to ease discomfort and support emotional well-being. As you move through the series, you’ll also prepare your body for labor and birth with targeted poses for pelvic mobility and pain relief, while learning essential postpartum recovery practices to care for yourself after birth. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a thoughtful, pregnancy-focused practice, this series offers a gentle, grounding space to connect with your baby and honor your unique pregnancy journey. Week 1: Foundations of Safe Prenatal Yoga - the role of yoga in supporting a healthy pregnancy Week 2: Strength in Body & Mind - a focus on physical strength exercises, visualization, and breathwork practices. Week 3: Rest & Relaxation - the importance of rest, relaxation, and nervous system regulation throughout pregnancy and birth. Week 4: Preparing for Labor and Birth - Breathing practices, pelvic mobility, pain management, and how to use yoga to support labor progression. Week 5: Postpartum Recovery - techniques for self-care during the "fourth trimester" Week 6: Review of pregnancy support methods, labor preparation techniques and tips for continuing to practice outside of class.
